Following our office’s reorganization, we were required to convert the Diversity Awards to the LEAD Awards. Most notably, we could not feature “diversity” in the title anymore, so the ceremony’s focus changed to highlight exceptional leadership qualities displayed in individuals across campus.
For this project, I designed a social media campaign, flyer, series of certificates for nominees/awardees, and brochure.
We received 80+ participants during this event.
