In an effort to attract further members to join (and potentially found new) ERGs, I proposed the idea of a social media campaign to our director with a similar undertone to the 20th century Uncle Sam “I want YOU” ads.
Our director liked the idea and agreed, so I produced the following designs above which were then posted on our social media pages and displayed on TVs across campus.
Over the next few months following the campaign’s launch, we received notice from several ERGs of increased registration/attendance for their groups, thanks to the ad.
