During my employment at UT Dallas, we held an annual in-person summit every October focused on emerging diversity topics. Shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic began, we made the decision to hold the summit virtually that year in 2020.
The topic for 2020’s summit was: Increasing Access and Opportunity: While Facing a COVID-19 Pandemic and Social Change.
For this project, I created promotional banners to be featured on our social media and website. I also designed a virtual brochure to be dissemenated, highlighting speaker bios, partnerships and the event agenda.
We received 40+ attendees during the event.
